I had complications following a positive removal of a pituitary tumor causing chronic problems with my nose. After a year of treatment and surgery by two very highly skilled surgeons at the University of Washington and the Polyclinic, I couldn't get rid of the infection that plagued me. Dr. Yu solved the problem but warned me that given the surgery patients tend to have long term difficulties with infections in the nose. She then prescribed a regime to keep the infection at bay. She is terrific!

I have a client whom this clinic sent to collection for failing to pay a bill as he thought was not paid timely enough. My client paid the collection agency immediately and the clinic has refused to help remove this collection. They think it is fair to leave it on the clients credit report for 7 years and cost the client thousands of dollars. I always thought doctors were supposed to be compassionate and helpful people...it appears to me these guys just want the money. I would go elsewhere for my health needs.
