Provided by YP.comNot recommended now before it was a good clinic to go but now is not. I had an appointment had to wait more than 30 min to be seen. Made another appointment had my reminder call telling me my appointment is at 1:30pm I get to the clinic and they said my appointment is at 1:20 that I had to reschedule

Provided by YPmobileWell if you have state medical you should be ok. But for those of us who work hard and pay a lot for insurance and copays watch out they will take you for all you have. Don't ask any questions at all at your well child/preventative visit or you will get charged for another visit and pray they don't notice anything about your child during your visit (a cold or anything) or they will charge you for that too. Myself and my siblings have had the same issues. They also charge you for preventative care when you should not have a copay (my preventative is covered at 100%). If you complain or try to get it fixed they will charge you for the visit in full (over $300) to be spiteful. Don't take your kid there they are always overbooked and always overcharge you. The front office is also very rude. Doctors are knowledgeable except about how the office is ran and the insurance fraud, well I hope the doctors aren't helping the office steal patient parents money.

Provided by YP.comNot military friendly. I had suggested this facility to a military friend after I had been going to this facility for years. After I saw what that family went through during deployment and how bureaucratic this facility was while their kid was in crisis, I am now seeking for a new clinic as my husband is going on deployment in September.

Provided by YP.comShady. Not military friendly. Prescribes psych drugs 2 easily 2 kid.
Doctor will not speak to military personnel who are deployed over phone about their own children. Doctor requires that all parties (both parents) be present before they will do it (active duty military cannot be under tight schedules and needs flexibility especially when child is in crisis). This facility has no flexibility for military deployed people). They will not send emails, talk on the phone, require in person updates to get information about child).
Was told by a nurse at this facility that they do not have email accounts (found out through someone else that they do).
Not a tricare approved provider.
Not familiar with military powers of attorney, so if you have a power of attorney for someone that is deployed, forget about getting any information about their kid from this organization.
Prescribed prozac and lithium to son without first getting a proper diagnosis from a psychiatrist. Drugs were likely cause of a psychotic break for my 11 year old.
Shady organization. Save your kids from this place.

I love the doctors and nurses they are all so great. I always get this one lady at the front desk who is so rude and unfriendly to me, that I have been considering changing places just to avoid her. She shouldnt work around people!!

We've been going there for almost 9 months now the staff is usually friendly. Wait time is often pretty long though. There will be no one in the waiting room and we will arrive on time for our appointment and still wind up waiting 45 minutes to and hour for the doctor to see us. Other than that, the doctor is always in our room for no less than 15 minutes and makes sure that all our questions are answered. He is very friendly and helpful. The nurses are extremely polite. Over all we enjoy taking our son to be seen here and would recommend to a friend.

They are always understanding here and they always know my kids by name and always review and go over everything I need to know and if there is anything I need to know ahead of time they let me know! They always review any possible outcome of anything my children might have or could come in contact with! I love that they have an after hours Urgent Care in case you can't get in that day and they have a great staff!

Provided by YP.comI really enjoy coming to Evergreen. There is almost always appointments for patients available during the day and if they don't have anything open they have their walk-in clinic open after hours as well. There is hardly a long wait to be seen. The staff is friendly, willing to go the extra mile and ACTUALLY cares about the patients. Dr. Russell and Dr. Pollard are wonderfull! All three nurse practitioners are great as well. They are also flexible with payment plans, my insurance had a $500 dectuable that i had to pay before they would pay anything and i didn't have the money to pay for it all at once and Evergreen was kind enough to allow me to make a comfortable monthly payment. I reccommend this place to all my friends and family. Thanks Evergreen!
