We got our doctor to contact Kids at Play Therapy to give them a referral for our child. The referral obviously went through because then Kids At Play Therapy mailed us information and forms to fill out about our child. We filled all the papers out (it took a long time as there are a lot of detailed questions) and we mailed it back to them in June 2014. We have been calling them multiple times to get the ball rolling and they weren't calling back. They finally called us and left a message on our answering machine saying that they never got a referral from our doctor. I called back and once again left a message because they never answer their phone. I said, "Please call us back. Our doctor did give you a referral because you are the ones who sent us the forms in the first place." They still have not called back. Its October now and we are moving on to another business.

I am NOT happy I took my son to kids at play therapy in puyallup-Sumner Washington for an evaluation. to find out after they did the evaluation that they do not accept my insurance. You would think before they did the evaluation they would have said hey we do not take your insurance That would have been the professional way to go about this But no they sent me a bill for 265.22dollars. I am NOT happy I feel I was misled! I feel like kids at play therapy Just wanted my money They shouldn't have let me done any valuation knowing they did not accept my sons insurance And because they let me do the evaluation clearly they knew they did not accept my insurance it just goes to show that they just wanted my paycheck. the crazy part about all this is is that I was late to my evaluations to because I couldn't find the building because kids at play therapy was hard to find so being 17 minutes late and being there for a such a short evaluation and I got billed please people that are reading my review please if you go there make sure they take your insurance
