I gave two stars because the sales manager himself has been very helpful. However, I purchased a certified pre-owned car from them and in 4 months have had 4 issues that have cost me over $1000. The upper management as well as the service shop refuse to stand behind their work (or lack there of.) Do not buy a used car here! Anyone who refuses to stand by their work doesn't deserve anyone's hard earned money!

I have had to deal with them on 3 seperate instances, however all pertaining to my clutch. The 1st time my master and slave cylinders went out but they refused to listen to me and kept telling me it was my clutch fluid. They charged me twice for that visit and it took months just to get them to give me a credit. Then 9 months later the hose connecting the 2 cylinders broke getting clutch fluid all over my engine compartment and ruining my slave cylinder again. Luckily for both of these I had my service agreement which covered the parts and labor. But I asked them on that 2nd incident to check my clutch for damage from fluid and to check the wear. They told me my clutch was fine and that there was no reason to replace it. 4000 miles later my clutch practically disintigrates and I am now being charged $1400 to replace everything when 90 days ago they should have done the work like I asked. They are rude and greedy. I will never go back there... EVER!

I purchased a vehicle from their dealership in December. The day I bought it I went home and found it advertised by VIN on Korums website for approximately $1500 less than I bought it for. When I returned to dealership the following day as they had not given me temp. registration tags, I also inquired about this issue I was told the deal was final and "I have real business now" in a rather loud and rude voice by one of the finance representatives. As an active duty 6 month pregnant Soldier whose husband was deployed I was appalled by their greediness and poor customer service. Apparently it isn't illegal to advertise a car online for a price but sell it at a higher price to unknowing consumers on site, and this dealership is quite happy with that fact.
