I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge Ms. Betsy for her outstanding customer service and for helping me resolve a shipping cost situation the other day trying to mail my grand babies' package. She offered special attention to my situation and made it work for the better. I walked out the store feeling happy and satisfied. Thank you Ms Besty for caring and loving what you do because it shows.

Betsy is such a great person as is Jake. I absolutely love going there. They are so friendly and always make me feel so special.

Betsy and Jake are so great at what they do! they are always in the best mood and love to help out with everything.. i was previously at buffalo ships and moved to mail plus due to the last manager quitting.. I am so happy that we are able to go to mail plus copies..
