Children s Therapy Unit, also known as CTU, is one of the oldest, largest, hospital-based neurodevelopmental centers in Washington. It serves infants, children and adolescents with special needs. The unit offers treatment for various developmental conditions, such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, sensory processing disorders and limb deficiencies. Children s Therapy Unit provides clinical research and orthotic intervention services. Its assistive technology program includes consulting, evaluation and professional training solutions. The unit also administers the Sibshop program, which serves individuals with siblings who are suffering from various chronic health conditions. Children s Therapy Unit is located in Donald and Beret Mott Children s Center. It is a part of Good Samaritan Hospital.
