I would usually never care enough about bad service to share on FB, that is until today. Josh and i have been taking our dog to a place on Canyon Road in Puyallup called Oh My Dog. We have had him groomed there for almost a year and recently started taking him to the doggie daycare to socialize him. Today when i got there to pick him up he saw me in the window and would usually be very excited, but was not. I noticed something around his neck and asked what it was. I was told they had placed a shock/bark collar on him. Never was i told they do this when dogs are barking, in their opinions, too much. The girl at the front desk acted like it was no big deal and disregarding the fact that i was so upset i was almost in tears from anger. She told me this information was in paperwork i should have received the first time i brought him, but never did. She never apologized or addressed my feelings about it. I would absolutely not recommend them nor will i ever go there again!
