I use to come here all the time I would always say never again will I go there but I needed the money or just wanted to go somewhere very close they seem nice if your a first time customer but after a few times they come off very rude for instance we were talking about games and when I started talking they walked away another time one of the employee's made a mistake with our pawn slip and the manager came out and yelled at me and my wife when it was clearly the fault of the employee and watch out the for the manager his employees told us one time they refer to him as the jew we never found out why but we always called him the cross eyed jerk over all if you just want something quick go here but I would highley recommend going to cash america were they will give you deals left and right

I brought in a bracelet purchased in Afghanistan trying to get a loan and was turned down because they said until I get have the gems verified to be real and not an imitation they could not help me. I took it in to get appraised which resulted in 39 genuine garnets totaling 23.66 ctw with a value of about $1000. I brought the bracelet back in with the card in hand and the after every person looked at both items (including the manager) they said they still couldn't help me. The staff was not experienced with gems whatsoever.

Staff are always helpful & honest. I've purchased several things from this shop and they have always been in good shape & acquired for fair prices. I'll shop here regularly.

One of the better shops I have been to in the area. Get fair value for your stuff on loans and Quality stuff for sale. I will definitely do do business here again.

Pawn Depot is probably the best pawn shop I have ever had the experience of shopping at. I know that many people are weary of pawn shops because they don't trust used stuff or they think that it is always going to be overpriced. This is definitely not the case at Pawn Depot. I have been shopping there for probably a year now and I have found great deals on guns, tools, electronics, jewelry, collectibles, and Blu-rays. Of course they sell much more than that, but those are the things I am usually looking for.



The staff are amazing. Not only are they knowledgeable and friendly, but they go out of their way to make your purchasing experience a positive one. They won't mess around with you about prices and try to low ball you if you are selling or pawning. Every price they give is a fair market pawn value for the item. I've probably spent about $10K at Pawn Depot, and I bet I've saved just about that much buying their items over new or at other pawn shops.



Bottom line is that if you want a great pawn experience, you need to stop by their stores or visit their website. I am a loyal customer and will be for years to come.

Never had any issue when I go in and the people are always very courteous

the manager also told you he would give you a full instore credit, but no one seems to remember that........ and they do everything posible to make the customer happy but in this day and age thats hard too do. So give them a try

Be very carefull. The manager sold me a "one year old" lawn mower. After a great deal of research I found out it was at least 6 years old. After confronting him about it he said its all "buyer beware". He admits to lieing about the age and would do nothing to compensate. Its no wonder there doing such a poor bussiness.
