Regency at Puyallup Rehabilitation Center is a 90-plus bed skilled nursing community providing transitional, dementia and long term care. Located in Puyallup, Wash., it specializes in strokes, hip replacements, surgery recovery, skilled nursing, physical and occupational therapies and speech-language pathology.
