Much better than they used to be, that’s for sure. Friendly and informative, and very helpful. The girls running the office now we’re just wonderful.

Owner still sucks, but man does he has a great staff running his company. My driver was awesome, and the gal I spoke to was very professional. I love the way their fine dark bark is looking this year. Great stuff

Company has really turned around in the last 2 years. Products are great, drivers are nice, and the customer service has vastly improved.

I picked up a 1/2 yard of 5 way on 06/08/17 at a cost of $11 + tax. This load completely filled the back of my son's F250. On 06/09/17 I decided to purchase and have them deliver 4 yards to my home for convenience. When I arrived home the pile of 5 way I received was barely more than the truck load I had gotten on 06/08/17. The cost for the 4 yards and delivery was $121 + tax. When I called the company to tell them that I wasn't please with what was delivered I was told they would call me back, this was on 06/10/17 and after 1 call and 2 messages I never received a call back. I called again on 06/11/17 and spoke to a lady and told her my concerns and she said she would have the owner call us back. I gave her my number and that of my son's because I was in an area that doesn't have good cell reception. So the owner called and spoke to my son and he was very rude and condescending. My son called me and informed me of how he was treated. I then called back and I was given the same attitude and treatment. I was told he would talk to the person who delivered my 5 way and get back to me on 06/12/17. I didn't receive a call so my other son went by River Road Landscaping & Suppies with a picture of the 5 way I received and they to gave him the run around and was told someone would contact him. Finally at close of business he received a text requesting my address so he could drive by and see what was delivered. On the evening of 06/12/17 the Owner did come by and said, "that it was four yards and there was no mistake about that". I then ask him how is it that I could get a truckload for $11 and be almost equal to what was delivered. He said he didn't have an answer to that and maybe next time I should just drive my truck down there and pick up myself. He the proceeded to ask me if I even knew how much a yard was and I explained that I did. He said then I should know what was delivered is the right amount and if I didn't believe him he could get out his tape measure and show me. (again in a snotty and unprofessional manner) As he was leaving I told him that I'm very upset about the product that was delivered and the service I've received. He then tells me in a rude voice if your really that bothered by this, Drive your truck down there and get a load for free. Maybe some of the confusion is mine because when I get a 1/2 yard and they fill my truck way above the 3x3x3 yard then to receive an amount so small it makes me think I'm being ripped off. I spent a lot of money and what was delivered won't even fill the area that it was being used for. All I know is that they won't ever get my business again and I will write a poor review on ever site I can find. The owner was very unprofessional and very rude to myself and both of my boys. After he left I was in tears because I was so upset and hurt by how I was treated for the past 4 days.

Irate unprofessional owner, Delivered what was supposed to be topsoil and when delivered was sand and gravel with manure mixed in. Not for our gardens! Just stinky road base! where is the honesty in advertising these days? Recourse?
