Double billed my insurance companies for over a year

My family had been satisfied customers for over 20 years when Dr. Brubaker had been at this location. After he left, we were dissatisfied with the replacement dentist and after a year, we went to another dentist. After about a year, I started getting bills saying we owed thousands of dollars to them. I knew we didn't and asked for the statements. I wrote to them twice and told them they were double billing us and to check into it. Months went by and we heard nothing. Then more bills came and I contacted my dental insurance companies. I told them my story and one dental insurance company called me and told me that what I said was true. They had been double billing my family. The dental insurance company contacted South Hill Dental Center and told them I was right. I never did get an apology... just a voice mail message saying, "oh, we found out you don't need to pay us anything more. Their office had just moved to a big, newly built building while the fradulent bills were being sent out to me, and I assume other people. I think that's how they were able to build the new building.
