I'm having the same experience as Tom G. Can't get a hold of them. Looking back though at my credit card statements, I don't think they charged me for the maintenance contract.

I'm not sure what the status is at Sprinklers Only Inc AKA Grass Thatchers.... we signed a contract and paid in full to have our sprinkler system maintained (winterized and re-activated in the spring). I have made many attempts to contact them (email/phone calls). Either the business is out of business or they are ignoring my attempts to find out what is going on to get our system winterized as per contract. If any perspective customers are reading this, you might want to think twice on using this company as they are definitely not showing (living up to the paid contract), the proof is in the work....

One of the worst experiences with a contractor. Showed up first day with wrong instructions. Then would schedule appts and not show. Took over 5 weeks to find two sprinkler valves and to repair one of them. We were told that over half of our lawn would need to have sod removed and dug up to locate valve; this would cost $750. Then miraculously found valves where we told them they'd probably be. Standard charge to locate valves is $250. Fee to repair valve was $125. Tried to charge $750 (quote for ripping and digging up lawn, which wasn't done), plus $65 for replanting a grass which needed to be moved to repair valve; without telling us there was a charge. We explained this wasn't correct and dishonest. Owner said he'd call back to discuss. Never did. Just received another bill. Very bad experience.

Got new sprinkler system installed and exactly what was promised was delivered as fare as the system goes. With that said showed upped three day early unannounced and said the grass was to high and so he had his employees mow it. The lawn was supposed to be mowed that weekend. Well Sprinklers only charge me $375 for that service. on top of the bill. With no authorization he did this. Beware my friends of stupid add-on and show up announced to do work. Not happy with there service and communication.
