I left a note in our mailbox today asking the postal carrier to please make contact at the door to pickup 2 boxes that needed to go USPS. The postal carrier took the note, left our mail, put the flag down and never came to the door. We have had previous issues with this postal carrier delivering our mail and neighbor's mail to the wrong address. Out of courtest I left a note for this postal carrier to please be more careful, but this obviously a postal carrier who has no pride in the job and doen't care about how the job is done, so now I am filing a formal complaint. Sincerely Debra Barber

I do not live nearby so this post office does not deliver my mail. Therefore I have no comments about that. They are always busy which is why they only get three stars for promptness, maybe not really their fault. Otherwise, this post office is perfect! I always know when my package will arrive at it's destination. Employees have been friendly and professional.

Went there many times to complain that our mail was not being delivered. Usually takes almost an hour to get to the front of the line because it is very busy and only 2 people working. After every complain mail will be delivered once or twice and then stops being delivered again. Tried calling because I don't want to drive there and stand in line again, but their automated phone system does not have any option to talk to a human being. Oh how I miss the 80's when humans would still answer the phone! Postal rates going up and service going down!

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Both my wife and I have had packages that where claimed to have been delivered but were not in the parcel locker or the porch. There phone is set to off hours mode so they are impossible to contact by phone.

Worst postal service (both the office and the delivery) of any place I've ever lived. Three lost pieces of mail so far this year (it's 2/2/15). Employees are rude and tell me I should purchase insurance if I want to be sure to get my mail. I'm speechless.

This is by far the worst Post Office I've ever dealt with. They have their answer machine set up to say that the office hours are 8:30-5:30, and to call back during those hours... I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 40 minutes! DURING office hours! My post has been over a week late on 3 separate deliveries. If you can help it, SEND YOUR PARCELS VIA UPS OR FEDEX. No wonder it's going out of business and costing us $$ every year!!!

This is the most unorganized, ...

This is the most unorganized, incompetent bunch I've ever seen working at a USPS location. Multiple times our packages have been delivered to the wrong address, lost, and even when I received a notice to pick up a package at this location (as I was not home at the time), they had already sent the package back to the sender. Two business days had gone by at that point. They are supposed to wait 14 days until returning the item to the sender. Not only that, but they have a door where you can pick up items and avoid the line. On multiple occasions I rang the bell (sometimes several times) and nobody came to the door. Once I got in line instead to pick it up and was told to go over to the special door. When I told them nobody answered they STILL made me wait there. After about 10 times ringing the bell incessantly someone finally answered. This post office is a joke.

I am thankful there are other delivery companies such as FedEx and UPS who treat their customers with respect and believe in the motto "the customer is always right". I left this place with my blood boiling. I had to return some Aveda hair products (which are more expensive due to being more organic). I had to pay about $12 for return shipping. I used a thick, large, padded envelope and the products fit perfectly. Well, about 1 week later, I received a letter with the original padded envelope in my mailbox stating they lost my products that were inside the envelope. Apparently my envelope was carelessly thrown around (I assume) and it opened up and my stuff got lost. They wanted me to fill out a form which described the products I had in envelope so that they could try to look for it. Great. I knew this was probably not going to happen. The form said that if they don't find my stuff, I can get a full postage refund. Three months later, they sent me that form back stating the items were never found. I go to my local post office to get my postage $ back and the lady I had to deal with was AWFUL! First she questioned me about the form saying she had never seen it before and wondered where I got it. She had an attitude from the get go and was very snide. She made me feel like I made up the form myself! I said to her "No, you guys sent me this form because you guys lost my package." She responds with "First of all, WE didn't lose your package so do not say that. Second of all, I've never seen this form before and I can not help you. I'll need to speak with my manager before we can give you your money back." I couldn't believe her rudeness! She did not want to help me at all. All I wanted was my $ back! I was already in the hole $60 plus $12 shipping. So I said "Wow" and she told ME to "drop my attitude" and to "have a nice day" in a very rude tone. Unbelievable. I immediately called and asked to speak with the manager. Oh, she was just as rude and unpleasant! Apparently good customer service is NOT an attribute they desire. I will NEVER come back here, nor use the USPS again.
