I've used Carol's service, along with many of my local musician peers, for years, she is considered an expert. I've used her for not only yearly maintenance but for custom work on my trumpet as well. She learned her craft in one of the best environments for instrument repair, the US military.

Terrible, we put in an order for a saxaphone repair. She originally said it would be 40 dollars, but when we got the saxaphone back, she randomly changed to price to 65 dollars. We also asked for cork replacements on some of the keys, but when we got it back, they were terribly off centered. We went back to ask her to please fix the off centered and missing corks, and she was rude and slammed the case. That said, we will not be going back and I don’t reccomend this place for repairs.
