I have heard many great reviews about the care pets receive here before being sold to an owner. I have to say that the puppy I bought from this store has been healthy since the day I bought him and whenever I go back, the employees recognize me and check up to see how he is doing. Very thoughtful employees.

This location has the best employees! It seems like every store I go into, the employees don't look like they want to be there. But the Pets Plus employees seem happy to help customers and I always see them ask if anyone needs help. 5 stars for Pets Plus.

I am glad I stopped into Pets Plus in Quakertown because they had everything I needed for my kitty cat. They carry organic food products that will lead my new cat into a healthy lifestyle. I recommend new pet owners to shop at Pets Plus because they will not regret it.

After passing by the Pets Plus a few times, I decided to stop in and check it out. I am so glad I stopped because they had everything I needed form my dog. The prices were good and the customer service was even better.

For a pet store the place actually smelt pretty good. Staff did a good job stocking the shelves and asked me if I needed their assistance with anything. This is a good store with great cashiers.

The Quakertown location has the most cuddliest kittens on the face of the earth! After I bought my kitten(Hairball) from the store, the employee who was helping me at the time, set me up with the supplies I needed. They were great at helping me out and I would recommend people to shop there if they're looking to buy a pet!

Yeah, so the smell of the store was strong when I walked in, but wait, oh yeah, that’s right, it’s a pet store, what else would I expect, lol! So, yeah I BOUGHT stuff from here yesterday. The pet products are pretty well-priced, and the animals look healthy. Nothing out of the ordinary.

If you are looking to buy a puppy in the near future, and yes I said BUY (I am NOT against adopting one bit) this is the pet store that you SHOULD go to. They have a staff that basically understands how to take care of a dog, and can answer ANY questions that you have-they answered MINE!!!

I purchase all my pet supplies at Pets Plus and have never had a bad experience with this chain. In regards to the comment below pets are pets. It doesn't matter whether they are in a store or in a shelter. They are all living animals who frankly just need a home. I have nothing against adopting, I myself a long time ago and don't regret it. But what I don't get is how people can say adopting is better than buying one at a store?. You are looking for a pet to love and take care of. There all the same in my eyes :)
