Called on 5/15 for a service appointment and was supposed to be followed up by tech to schedule appointment. Didn't hear anything made a second call on 5/19 was told someone would call me. Still did not hear anything and called again on 5/23, finally got an appointment for 5/25. Technician was out no lie for 2 minutes and diagnosis the problem to be something that was not worth fixing, I was charged 95 dollars for the service call. You are supposed to get half the service call cost back if you buy from their store. I went to the store and it was very hard to find any information on any potential ranges. The salesperson couldn't even find the flyer that had information for the Memorial Day Sale. I was told to go home and look on the website but to call for pricing because the website pricing isn't always accurate. I did just that, I was questioning the sales person because I was told they didn't have the same models as Lowes which I found out not to be true as I found the same exact ranges on both sites. When I questioned the price difference of Schulenberger's and Lowes the owner got on the phone and rudely told me that he wasn't matching the prices of Lowes and that Lowes would cost $150 dollars for install as you need to be certified to install a gas range. I called Lowes and Home Depot and install cost $20. I would not recommend Schulenberger's and feel like I got better service and attention at Lowes than I did at Schulenberger's. I tried to support local business but I do not recommend this place and would not return! This is my first ever review on a business, I felt so strongly on the experience I wanted to share my experience with others so they don't have to endure the same experience.

If I could give this business a 10 I would! Can't say enough good things about my experience.

Called for service on my washer that came with my house. I own a small business and my hours are long. The service man was happy to work with me NO LONG windows of service calls - Bought a new washer from them the next day, but it was on back order. Came in within a week and 1/2 of the price of the original service call was deducted from the purchase price of new washer! Who does that?? Shop small, buy local. I highly recommend Schulberger's.

Lousy service. Called on October 27th and was told tech would call back in 48 hours??? 144 hours later 11/3 I get a call! Sears took care of it and $20.00 cheaper on service call. Tried to buy local, never again

Competitive prices with any major store. In store everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and helps you immediately. It is nice to go to store wants to get to know you to help get the appliance that suits you best. The delivery guys were excellent, they had been delivering and setting up appliances for 20 plus years and they were very quick about getting everything in place, set up, and they were not happy unless everything was working correctly.
