I've been going to Delia's for over a year and have always had really great service. Before trying Delia's I went to another cleaners closer to my house but my clothes never came
clean, they always smelled dirty. I recently took some pants into Delia's to be altered as I have done many times before, they've always came back perfect. Something happened and the seamstress cut to much length off of the pants rendering them unwearable. I notified Delia's corporate office and spoke with "Jeanette", she was very apologetic and completely understood my frustration. I filled out a claim form and within a week I received a check that was not only for the amount I requested, but also for the inconvenience. I am so impressed with Delia's customer service and how they handled the situation! They truly went above and beyond all of my expectations. There customer service is exceptional and they truly care about their customers satisfaction. I drop my garments off every week and they have always came back clean and perfectly pressed. I will definitely continue to use them for my dry cleaning. Great job Delias!

We lost 3-shirts and we were on their preferred plan which you use a "blue" bag and drop off. Well watch out because they will say you only had 3-shirts in the bag when in reality you had 6 but only 3 came back! That's what happened to us and it is your word against theirs!
