Here is the same thing at Amazon for $42, I got mine TOP brand all metal, for $39. I have asked questions about products, and the younger and older salesman will all out LIE to you to get the sale. I have spent a lot of money in here for this kind of service. I stood there waiting on the older gentleman with 5 others around me waiting, while he chatted on the phone. The younger salesman is always late at opening the shop, and will close the shop to adjust his license plate cover on his pretty car. He tells offensive jokes about taking money from illegal Mexicans because he thinks I am white and I might find them funny. I am Athabascan Indian and I do not. This place should be taken away from the people and just given to an owner who will respect the community, and treat people like they give a rats rear. I go here only when I have no choice, and I highly recommend you stay away, they are crooks, liars, and thieves. They don't care about you, or your business here. If I could rate them at less than a star I would. I created this account just to comment and let others know, stay away.

I went here and bought a slight stand for a water pipe that was class it was four to five dollars and when I went home I found out that was cracked and took it back to get it replaced and they told me they didn't sell them anymore and wouldn't replace it or refund it .I have been going here for approximately 3 years and I've never had an issue until now and they know me personally I just don't think customer service should be dishonored that way ...and for a loyal customer that's really crappy customer service.the owner held his hand up in front of my face as if "don't talk anymore " and then walked away . I will never step foot in here again and I will tell everybody I know that goes to any so to smoke shop for cigarettes papers paraphernalia .
