Careful, they use cheap parts....

Careful, they use cheap parts. We paid $2200 to have a new air conditioner put in my son's 2002 Chevy S10, and even purchased the extended 2 yr warranty. At the 1 yr mark it quit working all together and had to go back. At 2 yrs 4 mos the compressor went bad. When we explained to the manager that we have serviced 4 of our vehicles there for the last 5 yrs. and that we spent all that $$ and bought the longest warranty they offered, his response was "sorry, can't work with you" and wanted another $700 - $900. I don't know how you have a vehicle for 10 years and the A/C lasts that long, then buy a brand new one and it craps out right after the warranty expires. We took the truck over to Tire Pro's on Power Rd. in Queen Creek and they said they were disgusted at how Fletchers treated us and offered to replace our compressor at cost with ZERO labor. Let's just say that since the manager at Fletchers blew us off, and the District Manager never returned our call, we will now be having all our cars serviced at Tire Pros...along with our parents, our siblings, and many of our neighbors...bye bye FLETCHERS and Thanks for NOTHING

Watch out

Fletchers is over priced and they try to charge you for work that was not done. I took my car in to have the brakes bleed and they told me I needed a new master cylinder. Flecters would not let me pick my car up until they put one on. I had to call the police to get my car back
