Provided by YP.comHow is this place still in Business they are absolutely the worst company no customer service it was their fault they tell you tough I have a 330 some dollar water bill because I said I used 41,000 gallons of water and under 30 days which is impossible I have no leaks in the house or in the yard I water the grass twice a day and I'm really never home and then we put 41,000 gallons of water and average swimming pool takes about 10,000 gallons a larger swimming pool takes 13 to 16,000 gallons

Provided by YP.comIf I could rate zero I would consumer beware they charged me more water than what the meter actually read. I called, had a photo of meter went there in person,they had a guy from company come out to check meter he saw it was incorrect on there end and told me to call next day for updated bill. I did and they told me they need two people to verify and send someone else again to check meter and she hung up the phone on me way to treat a customer who is paying your salary. I filed a complaint with Arizona public utilities commission.

Provided by YP.comIf I could rate this company a "zero or below" U would. All the reviews are right on. Too bad the BBB can't/won't do anything about them. I have to go online a week in advance to see my bill and pay "online immediately " so that it reaches their billing department before the first of the month. Even then I get disconnection notices ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH. Payment due by the 8th. Crazy! Thank goodness I have a computer and can see my bill. Pity those who have to wait for a "paper bill" to arrive.

Provided by YP.comAfter almost 3 years with Johnson Utilities I get a bill with 7x's the normal use and they call me a liar and tell me I have a leak. Even after I've had a plummer and landscaper come out to check my property, they still tell me that there's nothing they can do.... its my problem.... I live in a single household with NO pool, NO grass, and only TWO plants to water. How is it possible to use 40K gallons of water in less then a month. Then, they call ME a liar!!! Where did I put 40K gallons of water????? This is the worst company ever. They have horrible customer service and don't care. They treat all their customers with such disrespect. I am thinking of selling my house and moving out of San Tan Valley, just so I can get a utility company that has some respect for their customers.

Provided by YP.comWow. I have never experienced a company that was so incredibly incompetent. I just got set up with them and I am already having problems getting bills from them, as well as them receiving and applying my payments accurately. I'm not sure how they are even still in business. It also appears that several complaints have been raised against them through the BBB. Working with them is an absolute joke. Get it together!

Provided by YPmobileyou call ..get a busy signal. at a utility company? really ..and there billing practices are questionable at best..and note if you pay online it will not post for.days.
