Dr. Williams, Dr. Erin, and Dr. McKee are all very professional, and friendly. I would refer any one that needs a vet to go to Queen Creek Vet Hospital on Ocotillo Rd.. They are very thorough, and follow through. Thank you so much with your help with our rat terrier Chloe. She is coming thru this ordeal, and still going strong.

@igotscissors ... you're a heartless monster, you're asking a veterinarian who's job it is to save animals, to murder yours, simply because you can't keep them anymore????!!!.... If they were ill and suffering, thats one thing.... but killing 3 of your dogs (3!!!), simply bc you don't want or can't take care of them anymore?....and you're upset bc the Dr wasn't okay with that, and wanted to do tests to see if they were healthy, so that they could be saved from your cruel wrath....Theres something seriously psychologically wrong with you... Hopefully karma finds you, and treats you with the same cruelty...

Great Service!

Queen Creek Veterinary Clinic is the only place I would trust with my pets. After moving, our cat became very ill. The clinic took him in promptly and performed testing. Prior to testing, they informed me of the choices I had and the cost. I was able to ask questions and have them answered in a manner that I could understand and I was given the opportunity to call at anytime for further inquiries. They gave me very specific instructions and followed up with phone calls to check on his well being. Ultimately, my cat was able to maintain a safe weight and diet. If this had not been the case, I had a clear understanding of what the next steps would be. Thank you QCVC for your dedication to great service.

deception

Being quoted one price over the phone and at time of services, adding an extra $100 is bad business. I would NOT recommend this to a friend,or enemy for that matter.

Horrible place!

I have been using this place for my 3 dogs for the last 3 years and now none of my pets see this clinic! Their staff is horrible! Even with an appointment made, i have to take forever with no apologies! All receptionist chat it up with the techs and all are on cells phone while i wait! They have their own policy, which is understandable, but if you dont follow their policy, they won't tell you until after you have paid hundreds in bills! Horrible place now! Used to be great...now down hill!

Our Visit

We had appointments for 3 of our dogs & 1 cat. We were treated nicely by all staff. There was really no wait time for any of our visits.

was not very impressed

The facility was kept nicely clean, but I think this place is more suited for a dog owner and not a cat owner.###### I was not happy with how they let the dog owners and their dogs sit in the cat only entrance, leaving cats nervous and scared with a dog sitting but a few chairs away! Also with the fact that the scale to weigh the cats and dogs, is located right in the dog section among all the dogs. ###### Checking in or out of the place sometimes took a very very long time. I had to wait until the staff was done with their paper work, checked in new dogs, and other stuff before they would even look my way to check me in or out. Under staffed maybe? ###### I think as a dog owner, this place is made with you in mind, warm and open staff. But as a cat owner, I don't feel cats are as welcomed or cared about here, so i will find a new place that is more open to cats and the human moms and dads who love them.
