I provide senior homeowners at least 60 years of age with either a low interest rate, FHA-guaranteed Senior Equity Loan (reverse mortgage); or debt-free cash equal to between 8 - 15% of the value of their property(s) in exchange for an agreement to share 50% of ONLY THE FUTURE APPRECIATION of their property(s).
