My wife and I was invited to tour the ARA Sturbridge resort . We were very skeptical at first but agreed to take the tour in exchange for a free camping pass .

We ended up joining the gold card plan . We have used the plan several times at the Sturbridge resort and are happy with the progress they are making on updating the park. We enjoy the 50 amp electric and are glad to see the old storm damaged building has bee demolished. We have been to the lake George are parks wow what s nice area and how nice the staff was at lake George we are so glad to be part of this family atmosphere . We are going to Gettysburg ROD park in July and have met many new members that have used many of the parks that are in the ROD free camping book and have loved them including the one in Niagra falls and Catskills . We are very glad we have purchased and have met other members that have owned this program for 20 years and are still camping all these years later for free !!!

With camping so expensive these days this is a great deal !
