In 1995 I slipped on the ice which was on the sidewalk in front of the glens falls, ny public library and broke my ankle. I told the fire department EMTs that I was unemployed and would they take me to the VA hospital in Albany (I'm a Vietnam vet). They declined and took me to Glens Falls Hospital.

Dr Petroski was assigned and he knew I didn't have insurance because I was unemployed at the time ... as he put the cast on my leg, he swung his hand into my groin and testicles three (3) times very hard. This is the kind of "physician" licensed to practice medicine on the unsuspecting public?

After my ankle healed and I was able to get back to work, I made three (3) payments to Petroski's office (he was probably double dipping as the VA had an agreement with Glens falls hospital to accept VA patients). I had visions of me making the final payment and dropping to one knee and punching Petroski three (3) times right in his groin after submitting the final payment. I have more dignity than to do something as low as something that Petroski would do!

Go to hell Petroski!!!!!!!!! You lousy batard!!!!!
