This place TOTALLY tried to cheat us with a typical bait and switch--we bought an$1800 mattress and was delivered a dirty floor model of a cheaper version---they caused us a lot of headache getting our money back and getting this mattress returned--not willing to work with us at all--lied to us several times until we caught them in the lie and called them on it--then they became very rude and unprofessional--DO NOT BUY from Mega Mattress!!!!!!!

Thank you Gilbert! Customer Service is the number one reason why I love this place. We bought a Mattress set in February. I knew after the first night something was wrong. We called and talked to a few diffrent people. The did offer us a few solutions but nothing seemed right. Five months later I was extremely unhappy but felt like we were stuck with the mattress we chose. Then word got back to Gilbert and he reached out to us! He listened to the problems we had with the mattress we bought and assured us all mattresses come with a warranty. He immediately sent a replacement mattress and even upgraded us a liitle to make up for the inconvience. Our new mattress is beautiful, comfortable, and we got a great nights sleep. You can buy mattresses in alot of places but you can only find Gilbert and that kind of customer service at Mega mattress!
