This business is a joke first of all they gave me a DVD player that didn't work for 2 weeks but still charge me for it that didn't work then I miss one week and they're saying I owe $205 people to write about their reviews someone should take a closer look at them and see who they charge you they don't charge all this money and then threaten you on the phone so they're coming to take everything from me and my kids will be sitting on the floor with no TV thanks to them so if you want to go to rent a center don't go to the one in Queensbury they're nice to you in the beginning then when you miss one simple week they charge you $205 when your bills not even that all week

Had great service up until they changed managers a yr ago. Now they suck! Waiting on them to pick up there stuff and they can't even give me the right time frame. And they are late! Who knows if they will even show up! Don't got to them. Buy don't ever rent!
