The staff here are excellant! I can not go anywhere in that store with out one of the staff greeting me and directing me to where I need to go. I cannot remember names but every staff member I met was extremely well educated on their section and knew the store layout well. Sometimes you may find your self standing in a section without staff around - Let me explain - There are roughly 2-3 staff per section and if you can`t find one they are probabley helping someone or on break. Before you go - 1.)Plan ahead - Write some questions down before you go. Tools needed, materials, install q`s, pros and cons of different brands. 2.)Look it up - In todays world information is easily shared over the interwebs with almost limitless expert opinons. Sadly more and more items are being available only online so check availability before going. Only complaint - phone system and the employee communication devices are horrid.
