very disappointed

Was treated very rudely by secretary. Computer or scale malfunctioned and missed a weight. By the time all was said and done I was given the impression this was my fault. The yard guys were very polite and helpful in resolving problem. This was my second visit to sell scrap and almost feltlike I was a burden. She was very short and snippy and interupted me every time I spoke , not to mention putting words in my mouth. She came across like I was a criminal trying to steal from them. Not real sure ill even go back. The extra money they pay over their competition is not really worth it to me .
