Wont even pick up the phone and it is raining very poor service

I called to get a cab because it was pouring down raining so I called them they told me it would be 2 hours that's if Amtrak has any thing they don't care about the people of Quincy Il all they care about is Amtrak and they are slow and charge way to much and and some of the cabs reak

Not bad got a cab in about 30 mins at airport. Driver was nice cab need a little work. I would use agin because I like the drivers there is at least one driver you might get that is rood but the rest are good or fairly descent. Price is a bit much but I suppose ive seen worse. Wish they would take debit cards though.

2 hours and still no cab..I called them each half hour. Finally found another way to get around....we are from out of town.

Had one ride Monday and he stunk and the cab stunk
