Just had the worst experience of phone service from this new location. I called to ask if they had an inner tube that fit a 10 inch rim and was told that I needed a part number and I said I just needed a 23, 24, or 25 tube for a 10 inch rim. Was told again that I needed a part number. The lady finally told me she had 8 customers and I asked if anyone else was there she told me they were all too busy. This is the second time i received horrible service. Once in store and once by phone. Already don't like this place and they've only been in town a few months. I've heard from others they have experienced the same thing.
