The Mission of QBTC, a not-for-profit corporation, is to encourage economic development in the Quincy area by providing a business environment tailored primarily to business start-ups, home based businesses ready for their first expansion, and business requiring assistance in the various management phases of successful entrepreneurship. The Quincy Business & Technology Center provides a business environment in which you can develop your successful business for the future. We provide resource support for small businesses through working partnerships with the following organizations: Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Procurement Technical and Assistance Center (PTAC) Illinois Manufacturing Extension Center (IMEC) United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Local S.C.O.R.E.
