Closed down one of his long-time restaurants in Quincy (Steak 'N Shake) with no warning or notice to employees. He said "franchise fees were too high." If that's the case, he knew well before closing he was going to do it. I don't know about others, but for me, anyone who would do that to their employees can't be trusted at all. Who knows what kind of shady practiced he may use at his other food locations? I don't trust him, and will no longer do any business at all with his other restaurants in Quincy. That includes both Taco Bells, plus the KFC. All done for me.

Good Service.

This Taco Bell consistently has fast service and good food. It is also one of the cleanest fast food restaurants. The staff is also very friendly.
