I needed what should have been a simple hardware fix to my laptop. I live on the road, so didn't know anyone in Quincy, but stumbled upon WCI Technologies. As it happens, there was a serious problem with the simple hardware fix. The staff at WCI Technologies took extraordinary measures to address the problem, make my laptop healthy and fit my schedule.
