In my personal experience with Biondis, the past few times I have visited, Jim has been nothing but candid and honest with me. It's sad that people are trying to knock his business because he needs to try and make a living! I cannot pass judgement on him after personally working with him. Good people!

Always professional, courteous, accommodating, and on schedule! The work is always done on time and the work is exceptional. Having had some bad experience before it's nice to find a good shop like this one. The guys at Biondi's are the best!

Biondi's takes care of me from the gas service station to any auto problems I may have. They provide the old fashion TLC that's a rare thing these days. I recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service.

My 1978 Trans Am shut down on my suddenly this summer in a bad spot out on Ropeland Street. Quincy Police sent Biondi's to tow the car and I went with them because I didn't have a regular mechanic. Jimmy was friendly and knew what was wrong with it almost immediately. He put in a new alternator and charged the battery for me, which was all I needed to get out on the road again. I still had plenty of time to enjoy the nice summer day. Jimmy trusted me like a family member and was very friendly. I highly recommend Biondi's Service Center.

I was involved in an accident in my car about a year ago. The repair was over ten grand that my insurance company paid for. I just traded it in and the place I brought it to could not even tell it had been in an accident.

This is a great family owned shop. When I had an accident, they were quick to send a tow truck and had a rental for me when I arrived. My car was back in under 2 weeks and I could not be happier!

I was in an accident. My car was towed to Biondi’s. The tow truck driver was very nice. Biondi’s made everything easy. I was paying for the car rental myself so I was nervous about how long it would take to fix my car. The car was fixed as promised. It looked great!! I am very pleased with the service and speed of the repair.
