East Side Property Management is a full service management company that can handle just a single family house, or multiple units in multiple facilities. We have handled buildings from duplexes, to 12, 15, 30 unit brick buildings. We can handle everything from tenant move out, to getting the new tenants moved in, doing any and all work required and approved by owners. We can do as much, or as little as you need to make the ownership as stress free, and profitable for the owners. Having a plumbing license plus 30+ years handling residential and commercial buildings, we are sure we can handle everything you need to make Property ownership as stress free and profitable as possible for you.
