Esthetica Hair Salon is a model of excellence when it comes to providing personalized customer service. I have been a long standing customer and look forward to my monthly visits checking in with the girls and getting pampered for an hour or so. I have been a loyal follower of the owner of this salon for many, many years. I have watched her develop and grow as a professional Esthetician and manager. I know when it comes to hair care she, as well as her staff, will guide me in the right direction for my personal hair care needs. I have been getting my hair cut by Robin for over 25 years. I was in the 4th grade when she started cutting my hair and have followed her to each location since. She does a wonderful job and is truly a great person. I have never had any problems at Esthetica. The whole staff is experienced and does a great job. They are always very pleasant and I enjoy seeing them all. My whole family goes to Esthetica to get their hair cut, my mom, brothers, and also my daughters. I have recommended Esthetica to several people and everyone loves them. It is so hard to find a good hair dresser and I am so comfortable with Robin and staff for not only my needs but for my daughters. They love going there as well. I would recommend Esthetica to anyone in need of a new hair dresser. You won't find a better place to get your hair cut!!!!

I am really shocked by the negative review for Esthetica. I have gotten my hair cut here, by the owner, for 17 years and have never felt anything but comfortable and welcome. I now bring all three of my daughters here for cuts and have never considered bringing them anywhere else. The negative review from February sounds more like a disgruntled former employee than a customer.

I have been a customer of Esthetica Full Service Beauty Salon for 15 years. I am one of many loyal happy customers that would follow Robin and her staff anywhere. Esthetica's staff is always so friendly when you walk in. They always stop to say hello or include you in on a conversation they might be having. It's always like old home week when you go in. There is always someone in there that you know. Esthetica has been around a long time. It's definitely a staple in the area.

Not only is Robin and her staff talented at their craft. Hands down Robin is one of the most thoughtful people I know. She is so generous to her customers. She thinks nothing of packing up her blowdryer and sissors and making a house call so a sick friend with cancer would not have to leave the house, or going to the hospital on a moments notice so that one of her elderly customers would not have to miss their weekly appointment. It's the small things like that that make Robin and her staff top notch!!!!
