I found out by calling VW that there are two types of Verizon stores. Premium and Direct. Premium stores are individually owned and they an do what they want. They tried to charge me $15 to switch to my new phone which i bought from verizon online. I wouldn't bother going to a Premium store again. I will go to a Direct store and have it done for nothing. I needed to find this info out as I have had previous bad dealings with them.

The manager and male staff are great. Highly knowledgeable. The woman usually knows what she's doing but don't ask her about getting sound ib your keyboard.

Very poor job in explaining how the insurance coverage works. They informed me that if anything happened to the phone within 2yrs that it would be replaced at no additional cost. Well my phone broke I called up to get it replaced and they mention a $75 deductible for the replacement. It is a 3G phone that is outdated and I can get a new phone for just over $100 that is 4G. Dont ever buy the insurance it is a scam.....

Verizon has the best coverage. These guys are great. Honest. What more do you want? Been going there since they opened three or four years ago.
