I would like to recommend Attorney William T. Kennedy of Quincy. He got me paid when the railroad that caused my injuries denied even the claim occurred. I was traveling last year on a train from out of state to Boston when I slipped and fell on water that was leaking into the train. The railroad knew of it and made no warnings or did what they should have done for passenger safety . When I made my claim the railroad just ignored me. Attorney Bill Kennedy and his Office fought for me and got me a very substantial money award. But more important we showed the railroad they could not just ignore me or people’s safety. Bill and his team were always available to answer my questions. They were terrific.

Bill did some detailed discovery of the railroad and showed despite their denials the problem of water leaking in and causing people to slip and fall was just ignored by the railroad.

A was referred to Attorney Kennedy. I am glad I was. He got me a nice recovery and we showed the railroad.

Attorney Bill Kennedy also did his work on a contingency fee basis which meant I did not pay unless he got a successful result. I am grateful for all that he did. Bill did a great job for me.
