I took my new 2012 Nissan Rogue here for it's very first oil change yesterday. Today I had oil spilling out from under my hood and covering the front of my new car! The man in charge, Rusty, had forgotten to put the oil cap back on! I'm very luck this did not cause major damage to my new car. I had to have the engine detailed, the whole car cleaned and a new oil change. Then I found out that he hadn't even put full synthetic oil in my car like I had requested and paid for! I caution anyone from using their services. The only positive thing I can say is that they did reimburse me the $122 I had to pay to have this mistake fixed.
