Requested 12 yds of crushed concrete for driveway repair. Set a date for delivery - was to happen in the morning. Date came: no truck at 8:40. Called and spoke to lady in the office - was told to call Ronnie because he did the scheduling. Called Ronnie - he said I had to speak to the lady in the office but he would call her and call me back. I called both the office and Ronnie at 10:00 to find out the status of my order because Ronnie had not called. I left voicemail with my name/phone number on both the office and Ronnie's phones. I am still waiting for both/either to return my calls. Apparently R&S doesn't need my money or my order was to small for them to worry about. My thoughts: They know they screwed up (never scheduled me) and they are not willing to take responsibility for it. I would say avoid doing business with R&S but in my case - avoid attempting to do business with R&S.
