The owner Ken is very nice and helpful. Was a pleasure having the opportunity of getting to speak with him.

I have NEVER dealt with someone who cares NOTHING for disabled people or customers. Apparently Jennifer who owns Sunset Resort AND Sunset Storage is just that person. My DISABLED sister who has lived her 42 years of life in homeless shelters and motels plus has had 4 strokes was renting a unit. Her Aunt who is dying of cancer bought her a trailer so because she has to live off of $700 a MONTH...I rented a truck to move her things from Quinlin to Fort Worth. Only me and my mother were the ones able to move her things. After loading the truck she had some things like a couch and a recliner she could not take. Sunset storage does not provide a dumpster so we left the items by the fence neatly so that the unit was clean before we left. Also being from Fort Worth we did not where we could take the items to dump them. THAN I was told it was going to cost me $25 an hour to dispose of the items so I agreed. Next Jennifer wants to charge me OR my disabled sister $175!!!! AND IS UNWILLING TO NEGOTIATE A DIFFERENT PRICE OR COMPRISE. WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. SCREWING OVER THE DISABLED. HAVE A BLESSED DAY.
