Justy received Valentine's Day flowers from my husband that were delivered by this floriest. Unfortunately, the arrangement was missing 2 pink flowers that he paid for, and 2 were either severely bruised or almost dead... they were turning yellow/brown. After 2 phone calls, I managed to get $15 back, despite the fact that their policy is to refund the full purchase price. We will never do business at this very unprofessional florist again.

The woman who works there (the owner?) has one of the rudest, most impersonal and couldn't-care-less attitudes I have ever experienced. It's a wonder that this place is even open. They have a lousy selection and they act like they are bothered if you ask any questions. If I could rate them less than 0 stars, I would! Avoid!!

Slow delivery

It is hard to believe that a delivery driver does not have a cell phone to call the store to let them know where he is at or when a delivery was made. This is the excuse I received after calling three times and waited all day.
