AS a home owner of I find 3 serious errors in a plot plan of November 18,1981.

Farmington -- subdivision

1) The street Country Club drive is listed as Country Road. (I admit the street might have changed names)



2) The house in Block "B" # 2 has two easments with one passes under the house.

3) The house in Bock "B" # 3 has two easments with one passes under the house.



The houses of Block A and C each have an easment on one side of their property

where there is not house over it. On the side of the property oppsite the blank wall of the house.



House 2 and 3 of above should have only one easement and not under the house

House 4 of Block B should have had an easment on the west side of the property to agree with the general engineering of the drainage of the subdivision.
