First class experience with a first class company. I needed a new hot water installed after the recent winter storm. This was done in a timely, professional manner. Highly recommend!

Very responsive. Came out the day I called with the problem of broken pipes due to winter storm. They had to reconfigure pipes and turn off valves of what looked to be a previous homeowner sloppy add on arrangement. Ryan Cook was knowledgeable and professional and quietly went to work to solve the problem. Several days later one additional area on the system broke but I could easily cut off the water source with the new cut off valves installed and they came right out to fix it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cook's plumbing. We needed them in this latest Texas Snowmageddon. They were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and fixed our issues expeditiously!! Thank goodness for this amazing father and son team! They are the best plumbers, let alone service providers we have found in our area so far... if you are looking for an amazing plumber, no need to keep looking. They are the ones! Even better than that, they will answer the phone! If they can't take your call right away, they will call you back or text you instead of just letting the phone ring (love that!) or letting it go to a voice mail box that is full (how many times does that happen to you?!?). We love these guys and are keeping them as our #1 plumbing contact!

I had a rough morning as my shower was cold due to my water heater going out, but let me tell you. The rest of my day went so well, I called cook's and they were out the same day to take a look, I even got mine replaced with a tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I cannot say enough about this company. Not only did a person answer the phone and my millions of questions but they came out the same day and got our water heater working again! With kids, covid and it being winter, that is a blessing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We noticed there was no hot water. After looking at our water heater. Discovered that the water heater was leaking from the bottom. We were kinda in a panic. So i just looked up water heater repair in my area. Saw a company Cook's Plumbing, and gave them a call not expecting anyone to answer because it was after 10:00 at night. Come to my surprise, someone answered the phone right away, and patiently walked us through shutting down the water heater. They were here in the morning to replace the unit.
