Great General Contractor

Bukacek Construction is a great firm that is small enough to truly know you and receive great value, but large enough to accomplish any project that you give them. Their company helps me with site analysis and research, and I know they won’t share my information or anything about sites we research with my competitors (I know you won’t get that with some of the specialized general contractors). They work with the architects and engineers with preliminary design services and update me with estimates of schematic design phase. They put together budgets that aren’t fluffed with General Conditions to protect profits, and they truly practice open book concepts not just promise them. The staff gives above and beyond supervisory and project management services during construction phase. When the project is complete they don’t forget about you working through warranty issues. The company has great pride starting out as a family owned business and that has carried over into the employee owned ESOP Company. They do build a relationship not just a building.
