Provided by YP.comThis is maybe my favorite bowling alley I have ever been too. One reviewer described the decor as "thoroughly Wisconsin," which I'd say is exactly right. I am not from the area, so I immediately felt it had more of a "Grand Canyon lodge" type feel, but upon further inspection, "thoroughly Wisconsin" hits it right on the head. Castle Lanes offers their bowlers nice cushion benches to sit on between roles, instead of those typical hard plastic seats that so many alleys seem to have. Castle Lanes offer an all you can bowl in one hour deal for $12.99/person. The drop ceiling tiles are decorated, commemorating bowlers' 300 games. A nice touch I thought. Al Zeitz...you are a legend baby! Castle Lanes is a state of the art 24 lane smoke free bowling center. It was listed #36 in Bowlers Journal as one of the 95 bowling centers in world you must visit before you die. Castle has a north woods theme and is flooded with logs, hd flat screens, lodge furniture, free wi fi, and original works of art. Castle offers the most league options in Racine County and pays bowlers $100.00 cash for every league 300 game and 800 series bowled. In 2008-09 season Castle paid bowlers over $7,500.00 Cash. The Sports Zone sports bar inside Castle Lanes has great food and the NFL ticket in real HD. Visit Castle's web site at www.castlelanes.com for more overview and pictures.

Provided by YPmobileThis place is just a fail. They think that looks make it a quality bowling alley, but with their bad service, crappy league set ups, and nasty food this place is going under. It's not worth the over priced bowling! The bartenders are rude and snobby and don't pay attention to their costomers, it's pathetic.

Provided by YP.comNot a great place for casual bowlers. They have a sign at their front desk that says, "bowling every day, anytime". Not sure the owners understand what that means because when we went, we were told that they only had open bowling after 9 (and Sat). When I asked about the sign that said otherwise, the person at the front desk said' "I dunno, the owners wrote that." it is a nice bowling alley, but I can't enjoy it during normal hours, so I guess I'll go somewhere else.

Provided by YPmobileI would say that they did a nice job remodeling it but who can afford to bowl there after they raised their prices. Also I tried bowling in a league there and I couldn't believe how rude and cocky the people that bowl there are. I would rather sit at home then deal with some of those people. Only go there if you have ample money to spend.

Provided by YP.comLet me add to all these forced reviews about how modern it is. Well firstly most of the renovations. me saying the entire building being forced to look like a log cabin was completely unnecessary. Now since then there prices increased nearly 45% so im stuck paying for stupid renovations when im there to bowl.. In all honesty the only thing people care about when bowling is the lane condition. I get it you have to please the children cause i know there bowlings main cash source... But there renovations made my 20 year run at castle lanes come to an end. They want to be a sports bar more then a bowling alley. Its up to you why you want to goto a bowling alley to bowl or to drink over priced drinks and watch baseball.
