Where to start? Korndoerfer Homes will do anything to get your business, to get you to sign on the doted line. But after that it all goes down hill. I have never experienced such terrible customer service until now! Tony our expediter needs some major training in communication! You ask a question and get told to "check your contract" or "see my previous email." If I would have known that building a home was going to be this horrendous with Korndoerfer, I would have chosen a different company. In fact, our plan is to sell our home once complete and build with another company. This has been the worst experience of my life, and I absolutely mean that! Please, please, please look at different builders, do not build with Korndoerfer. I wouldn't even recommend Korndoerfer to my least favorite person. When I noticed our cabinets were broken, I was told it's no big deal! I'm sorry but with the money I'm paying I demand quality!!
