I love these guys! They're always on time, and I've never been late. I live in kenosha and still prefer Racine Taxi to anyone in kenosha! You'll never get hung up on, bad customer service, or anything like it.

HORRIBLE,...4:22a.m call its 6a.m still no taxi ...

I called the cab for the first time tonight and was told it would be there in 15 minutes and i called back 25minutes later and the man said ten min i cought the bus instead. Stay classy racine

Good morning, I just took your services and am beyond frustrated. Even though there is traffic out there, the taxi was 15minutes late. What if I had an interview! Also, though your running a business, prices should be towards the distance, not minimum of $10. Especially just down the street. I will say your drives are pleasant. I hope this message is received and becomes a positive support for your business in the future.

I don't know about Amber L but I've been a customer for Racine taxi for a year and I have always had great service. The rates are affordable and Umar is a great driver. He picks me up on time and gets me to my location as fast as possible. He never "drove me off the rode" and he is a good person. I highly recommend Racine Taxi to everybody.

Some customer provide wrong information about this company which is not true you know what your paying for right on the meter pay with either cash or card every reliable and responsible and taking care of the customer is the number one priority

Delia Racine taxi is a good service the driver is nice and they are not high priced they take you where you need to go and the driver is a good driver I would use it again and again.
