I'm really disappointed and frankly pissed. I went in and showed Mitch my idea and he scheduled my appt with Rachael two or three weeks prior and also took down my contact info. The day of I sent a photo of what I'd like done to Skin Candy's email as instructed by Mitch (super nice by the way) and I drove 40 minutes only to get a half assed apology and was told "...well I didn't receive the email and I'm working on someone else so..." I showed her the email address I sent the photo to and she said "...well that is the email address..." I also had communicated with her on fb a week ago and confirmed the time and date with her as well as sent her a photo of what I wanted, in which she stopped replying. Was super excited for my first tattoo but I'll be heading to Private Stock instead. Bummed.

My first tatoo. Brought in picture how I wanted it. My tat ended up having a blow out. I thought I was bruised and not healed. After 3 weeks my daughter said something is wrong. I went on the Internet to find out it's called a blow out done by an experienced artist. I called to see if it could be fixed, and was told yes but the same artist would have to fix it. Why would I have the same artist that blew up the tat to him him work on me again. Shameful. I wanted another tatoo but not now.
