I hope you're HVAC don't go out, it's been 3 days and counting right now because they only have one repairman and he is in NO hurry!! BTW,, it mid-August.

We are very disappointed with this management group! They should list the deposit as non-refundable. We paid a hefty deposit, lived on the property for almost 2 yrs, and with military orders had to move, we left that place spotless, and we are clean people, followed their ridiculous check list and had the carpets cleaned and gave them the $100 receipt. The lady checked us out and was "impressed" (her words) and said we will get our deposit minus the replacement of a window blind (something you could get at Wal-Mart for $15.) Well we did not. They took $600 out of $700 deposit. It should be listed as non refundable. They are misleading. Oh and they took another month’s rent payment after we left, and it took ME to call and ask for it back. They would have kept it if I did not call. I am not the only one they have done this too. We are disappointed and would NOT recommend them or their properties to anyone, especially to any Military!!!!!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. After living in a brand new construction for only 9 months they took over half of our security deposit. We gave them $705.00 and they gave us $350.00 back. My husband and myself were the only ones living there. The place was left flawless. My husband is in the army so we had to leave early, not a problem, but we were treated so bad. The said they had to paint the whole place over because of a few scuffs on the walls when you first walk into the home. This is not an honest company. Upon the checkout inspection the girl even commented on how clean the place was, but then wanted our money. Very greedy company, do not rent with them.
